These conditions prevail over any other applicable conditions. In so far as anything is not provided for in these conditions, the conditions of NLdigital/Nederland ICT apply. These are deposited at the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.

Privacy

Your personal data (such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) are not shared with third parties, unless:

1. you have given your prior consent, AND
2. exchange is required to do what you asked us to do

Your personal data will only be used to communicate with you about our services and for the invoice. You can always ask ladauze.com to remove your personal data from the system.

Refund policy for Software as a Service (SAAS)

Cancellation Terms: You can cancel your licence at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.
If you cancel a licence for which no '30-day free trial period' is available and you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel after 14 days or you cancel a licence for which a '30-day free trial period' is available, your payment will not be refunded, and your service will continue until the end of your contract term.
Licences are never automatically renewed, before the end of the contract term you decide again whether you want to renew or not.
